Of course, as an addendum, since I'm sick on NYE, a strong runner up is chicken noodle soup, as I just made myself a bowl. Chicken stock, veg, a lot of minced ginger, egg and ramen noodles.
A few shots oh hot sauce might also do the trick.

I went with Gochujang chili paste and Tumeric, but yes, some heat to burn out the cold and open the sinuses is a go to for me.
I'm not a fan of Gochujang. It's the rare thing amongst Korean cuisine that hits me wrong, for some reason, but I can see the appeal.

If I had to choose one dish to eat for the rest of my life, it would be spaghetti carbonara. The real one, with nothing but eggs, bacon and cheese.
Surely, you mean guanciale? :p

I like carbonara a lot, but - for me - it's a once in while dish. However, since it seems that we can be more generic, I will go with pasta as my favorite food. Yes, it is stereotypical for an Italian, but I really, really love pasta.

Second place is tacos, and burgers third. There are other foods I like more, but not necessarily more often. I could eat pizza or tacos overday. I love chili and beef stew, too, but don't want them every day.

I hadn't gone with the everyday criteria for my original answer...

Going by what I eat most IRL it would be a sausage (or bacon), egg, and pepper jack (or cheddar) on jalapeno bagel sandwich. Probably around 150 breakfasts a year for quite a while now.

But I think pizza - the thin but not too thin style commonly found across central northern illinois - is what I would pick if the replicator were broken and would only give one thing forever.
