It’s weird how we all accept that power corrupts and yet also deny that when we are personally in positions of power that we are corrupted by them. See literally the whole of human history for a multitude of examples.I think when I’ve seen people who have been described that way exhibit that trait, it’s typically verbal abuse, and comes from a position of power - I.E. they can say things bluntly because the person they’re saying it to can’t do anything about it, which brings it back around to Mannahnin’s respect quote in my mind.
I need to tidy up my space...badly.New crafting/painting space + work bench set up. I really shouldn't have bothered because in a couple of weeks the "walls" (really dividers that have been up 50+ years) behind it and to the left of it are going to be torn down to be replaced with actual walls that can bear the weight of shelves, but I couldn't help myself - being without a crafting space that long would have been hard on my ability to cope with the rest of life.

I don't suffer fools. I pity them.
Pretty much what I expect from something trained on conspiracy theories and Twitter [stuff]posts.I miss those days; there was some seriously hilarious content back then. Now, AI is (as a programmer friend of mine likes to say) very convincing at being wrong.
