You'll need the original adventure to play. My conversion notes include some adult content (swearing, sexual references), and additional content inspired from the paizo forum dedicated to Savage Tide, which is a must-read for anyone seriously wishing to run this in any edition. I suggest poster Vermilleo's campaign as I took much inspiration from it.
My original campaign ended in the "Lightless Depths," so my notes don't go further. I am currently running the campaign again for a different group after a move and I'm not convinced we'll try to play this to level 20. We'll see.
