Are there any creatures out there that would serve as a good undead mount? I mean, a skeletal horse -could- work, but its mindless and overall not a good choice. Unless i were to use Awaken Undead and have it be an evolved undead (for a 20th lvl lich character)

Damn...the 3.5 darkness spell doesnt do all that I thought it did....my idea was for a warlock/rogue.....devils sight+darkness = nasty.....but apparently the spell doesnt work that way anymore.... Devils Sight is an invocation that lets you see in darkness(natural or magical) up to 30 feat...

One more question....what happens if i cast a cold-substituted fireball underwater? Someone told me it would create a 40 ft wide sphere of ice....which would catch anything inside of it. I think this would make the spell a bit too powerful if used underwater....anyone else have thoughts on...
