I tend not to download ezines. Most are not that useful to me and I have the added bother of having to print them out to read them since they are rarely formated to actually fit the screen without scrolling.

You cannot explain character advancement and creation in a d20 product (due to the license) and thus cannot provide a complete game ( you are actually required to reference the D&D PHB for those topics). By only using the OGL license, you have more freedom to alter the system to fit your needs...
