I think the 3.5 Creature Catalog site has been down for some time and will stay down for eternity. How about we make one for 5th ed ? A consolidated creature conversion index. Already many great monsters are being converted... but where to put them..? Your thoughts?

I must have totally missed this up till now - but Know alignment is GONE and Detect Evil no longer detects evil ? Detect evil will now detect a good Fey but not an evil high priest of IUZ ?? I get why its being designed this way - all to often these spells would ruin the plot or the game. But...

1st level Human Barbarian / 1st level Draconic bloodline Sorcerer. 16 Con 16 Dex with a shield and no armor has 21 ac at 2nd level. Then the party priest casts Shield of faith on him = 23 ac In reaction to an attack he casts SHIELD on himself. + 5 AC = 28 AC. Your thoughts - RAD or what ! ?

Here is a class I have had in my game since 3.5 , updated to 5th ed. Powerful in subtle ways but really works well in a group and in civilized areas. Enjoy.

As far as I can see it the learn a spell from a spell book or scroll spell craft check is gone, as is INT needed to learn high level spells and check to Prepare a spell from a borrowed spell book, as well as read magic being needed to figure out a scroll. This will speed things up. It seemed to...
