If you look in the Current Conversion Requests thread, you'll notice that I've started grouping the completed conversions by themes. I'm going to start doing "themed batches" when possible. In other words, once we finish one more dragon, I'll have another batch ready. I just wanted to let you know in case you were wondering why older conversions like Baba Yaga haven't gone up yet.

Moon Man ? Hmmm... since when D&D had space-based monsters anyway ? Just curious... and give me a chance... I've started playing D&D with the 3rd edition...

Huh... hate to nitpick, but in D&D 3.0/3.5, any converted monsters from previous edition that contained "man" in their names had their names changed for "folks" to avoid sexual discrimination. You might want to change that if you don't want female gamers to blackmail you and/or beat you up.

Nevertheless, I can see 12 or 13 moonfolk tribes in Eberron, one for each moon. Nice update you got there.

It was from a Spelljammer-focused article back in the old Polyhedron magazine.

No problem. Normally we go with the "-folk" designation, but in this case the classic "moon man" of sci-fi novels and movies seemed to traditional to change. We'll risk the backlash on that one. ;)

Thanks! I'm glad you've got a possible use for them. They were requested in another forum, so hopefully others have use for them too.

Indeed. The Moon Men, along with the other space creatures in that particular issue of Polyhedron are D&D representations of races from the Space 1889 game (IIRC). Since the name "Moon Man" comes from a source outside of D&D, I agree with Shade that in this particular case, changing "-man" to "-folk" would be a bad idea.

Is it too late to dedicate that batch to EGG?

I considered that, but decided to add a separate post dedicating essentially the entire site to EGG. Despite the fact that I added that post after the last batch, it is listed second on the site (probably due to alphabetizing posts from the same day).
