I can wait to use these. Worse, I've started telling my players about them and now they can't wait. :p

Keep in mind that there are some available right now on Big Freaky Sean's site (see the first message in the thread for details). So you can start using them today!

I'm the one who started this thread, so I ought to know that much ...

I want to use some of the cards people have posted here, and kick out quite a few from the original collection. So I decided I'd wait a while rather than do the whole work twice.
I'll have to type or copy & paste everything into my own template to fit on A4 paper cards - the European format. - Unless you'd care to make available an A4 layout version as well, just for us exotic Europeans? :)

Well, what I need, more than the A4 format (which is no problem) is the layout of an A4 sheet that's been divided into business cards. Can you email me something that shows me how that should work?

Or if you want to do that work yourself, I'm cool with that...

It looks like the thread is pretty well run out of steam so I'll see about getting the sheets up and posted over the weekend.

111. "Bucephalus! My Bucephalus!"

Play: When in need of a quick, mounted getaway.

Effect: Your mount rounds the nearest corner or kicks down the nearest wall to make its way to you. This occurs no matter where you left your mount. You must have a mount that you have owned for at least a year for this to work.

You could also call this It would take a Miracle!

One more...

Don't Look Now, But...
Play: When you're facing off against a superior opponent.
Effect: If there's nobody behind them, they turn around and look (denying them their Dex bonus and any AoO against you this round).

If there is somebody behind them, the opponent doesn't turn around to look - automatically failing Spot & Listen checks to notice them, and denying him his Dex bonus.

Yeah, but I'm a big fan of Terry Gilliam's The Adventures of Baron Munchausen.

Only one of your many sterling qualities. Here's another:

Me And My Shadow
Play: On your action
Effect: Make a Perform check (for this check, Perform is not a Trained skill). One enemy is dazed with laughter at your imcompetence for a number of rounds equal to the amount by which your Perform check is less than 20. You have to sing.

I need FIVE more!

C'mon folks, FIVE more and I have fifteen complete sheets of these cowboys.

Just five more, surely we can do that in the next day. Five's not too much to ask, surely?

ask and you shall recieve...

Here are 5 that I'm just making up as I post...

Do you understand the words... that are comin' outta my mouth?
Play: on your round
Effect: For a number of rounds equal to your Int mod, you can communicate with a creature you would normally not be able to understand as though under the influence of a 'comprehend languages' spell.

Anybody else want to negotiate?
Play: on your round
Effect: Make opposed diplomacy checks with an enemy. If you succeed, you are immediately entitled to one sneak attack as a rogue of your combined class level (regardless of whether you have any rogue levels). Your enemy is treated as being flat footed.

Because of one... little... cherry.
Play: see description
Effect: Anytime the current uber bad guy is making his requisite gloating speech, he does something inanely stupid and falls prone for two rounds.

Leelo Dallas Multipass!
Play: anytime
Effect: Your totally off the wall comment actually *aids* someone else's bluff check, giving it a +2 circumstance bonus.

Time does not matter, only life
Play: on your last turn before inevitable death
Effect: You can, as your last action, give something incredibly important to another party member before you die, even if it would otherwise be impossible (the DM gives you a way).

-F

See... There is a God.
Play: Any time you take damage that would otherwise incapacitate or kill you.
Effect: You may negate any one attack or damaging effect that would otherwise incapacitate or kill you.

Dissapearing Pig Trick.
Play: Any time.
Effect: You are able to completely conceal any object or creature of size small or lower with no chance of failure.

Greatest Swordsman Who Ever Lived.
Play: Combat.
Effect: For the remainder of the combat, you gain a +5 competence bonus to all attacks.

Win This War For Me.
Play: When about to expire.
Effect: You may, before you die, speak to another PC or NPC ally within 15 feet, giving them Greater Rage, as the Barbarian ability. (This can be changed to Inspire Greatness if Greater Rage is deemed unsuitable.)
