Here are 5 that I'm just making up as I post...
Do you understand the words... that are comin' outta my mouth?
Play:  on your round
Effect:  For a number of rounds equal to your Int mod, you can communicate with a creature you would normally not be able to understand as though under the influence of a 'comprehend languages' spell.
Anybody else want to negotiate?
Play: on your round
Effect:  Make opposed diplomacy checks with an enemy.  If you succeed, you are immediately entitled to one sneak attack as a rogue of your combined class level (regardless of whether you have any rogue levels).  Your enemy is treated as being flat footed.

Effect:  Anytime the current uber bad guy is making his requisite gloating speech, he does something inanely stupid and falls prone for two rounds.

Effect:  Your totally off the wall comment actually *aids* someone else's bluff check, giving it a +2 circumstance bonus.
Time does not matter, only life
Play:  on your last turn before inevitable death
Effect:  You can, as your last action, give something incredibly important to another party member before you die, even if it would otherwise be impossible (the DM gives you a way).
