74) Tower shields and narrow passages. A 5' wide passage blocked by a humanoid fighter with a tower shield. This fellow uses the shield for full cover. Behind the shield bearer place one of the following: goblin sorcerer (for non-associated class levels, and ranged touch attack or auto-hit goodness), Guisarm wielder with improved trip, Ranseur wielder with improved disarm (make sure that the shield bearer readies an action to pick up any disarmed weapons)
75) Templated Ninja Phase Spiders - Slap the Phrenic template on a phase spider, use to harass PC's over the course of a couple of days, by de-Ethearealizing in only long enough to pop off a quick brain lock or mind thrust.
76) Evil wizard type has some "suicide minions" wearing cloakers, these cloakers have been charmed by said wizard type, and instructed not to consume their delivery system.

77) Shocker Lizards attacking a Shambling Mound (shamblers aren't quite as good for this type of trick as they were in earlier editions, but its still fun)
