On Monday night I ran the first part of what is going to be a short Paragon level campaign (the person who was going to be DMing in this slot is away on holiday, so I'm stepping in for a couple of sessions).
I had two players - one had played a little 4e and one was completely new to the game. I added in an NPC fighter to give them a bit more sticking power.
They fought a Beard Devil, Chain Devil and 8 legionaires on top of a Dwarven Blimp/Airship - and it all went pretty smoothly! Characters had more options that at lower level, but none of the options were that much more complicated. Also, we had some issues remembering everything that was going on (stance powers, auras, and so forth) but this was the first time any of us had played 11th level characters.
Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to run - I'll post some more details up about it in two weeks after the next session. They'll be fighting Ogres, amongst other things.
