OUTCOME OF ROUND 1.

Using Foresight, on initiative count 22, Prabe's wizard teleports up 300 ft and triggers contingency (Greater Invisibility).
On initative count 17, the Assassin attempts to attack the Wizard. Being in the Wizards Sanctum, after detecting magical traps, he strikes a Simulacrum (since the Wizard is on the road, with the Sorcerer, fighting, at a completely different location).
On initiative count 10, the Sorcerer tries to Subtle Dispel the Wizard. However, since Dispel has a range of 120 ft, and the Wizard has moved 300 ft up, the distance between them applying Pythagoras is 323 ft, out of range of Dispel magic.

ROUND 2.

On initative count 22, what do you do, prabe?

Also, it's interesting that if someone asks for a serious fight on the road, he says he's attacking the sanctum (which I have no idea how he figures he's finding it).

Which magical traps? It was just warded against scrying (whole thing) and against dimensional travel (most). There were no magical traps on the outside for your Assassin to find.

Absence of magical traps doesn't prevent the Assassin from looking from them. I don't know either how he got there, but let's grant him his wish (not capital W wish...)
