D&D 3E/3.5 3.5 Goliaths can Dual-Wield Large Weapons?

Can goliaths dual-wield two large weapons without penalty except the two-weapon fighting penalty?

The Powerful Build racial trait says they can use wepons designed for a creature one size larger without penalty.

It stand to reason that the normal penalties apply as if it was a dual wield-medium weapon set up.

edit: It also states that the space/reach stays the same according to his actual size.

If you really want to be silly about it, a warmace from Complete Warrior sized up to Large would be a one-handed 3d6/x2 exotic weapon that gives -1 to your AC.

Or for a Dex-focused character, an elven thinblade from Races of the Wild would be a one-handed 2d6/18–20/x2 exotic weapon that can be used with Weapon Finesse.
