Saves vs Titans Spells

I still think its spell saves DC are too low, im sure
most 20th level PC's will have a easy time saving
against most of its spells. At least its not as bad as
a Medusa (CR14-15?) ,DC 15 fort save to avoid being
turned into stone. Most of the party would have saved on
a 1.

turned into stone. Most of the party in our game would have saved on a 1. Then again a Titan is more likely to pound you
to death and use it spells on other things, such as summonned
monsters etc

Anyways it just an observation, i also found the same
problem when the PC's are were fighting NPC's who are
multiclassed with 1 class being a magic users ,they only had low level spells and crap BAB, but were high CR because of the combined level. The party would usually make mince meat out
of them. This only applies to offensive spells, other spells were more useful because they can be used on other NPC/Monsters etc to benefit them.

I haven't looked at the whole thing, but I'm already ecstatic that they didn't increase his dexterity to super-human levels, since that wouldn't make any sense.

Can someone confirm what the armor penalty is for swimming? If it is double normal, (-12), I'm still missing 2 ranks somewhere... possibly a synergy bonus I don't know about.

Incidentally, the Titan has Quicken Spell-Like Ability (Chain lightning) feat, not the Quicken Spell feat; it can't quicken anything but Chain Lightning, and that only three times per day.

Magical Half-Plate Armor: -6 Armor Check Penalty to Balance, Climb, Escape Artist, Hide, Jump, Move Silently, Pick Pockets and Tumble

That means 6 more Ranks in Balance, Climb, Jump??(too much ranks), Swim??(3.5?)
 

I seem to remember reading that swim uses double the Armor check penalty instead of the weight penalty it uses now, but don't ask me for the source.... I think it was one of the Dungeon or Dragon maagzine threads...
 

Noticed something weird:

Armor Class: 38 (-2 size, +19 natural, +11 +4 half-plate armor), touch 8, flat-footed 38

Abilities: Str 43, Dex 12, Con 39, Int 21, Wis 28, Cha 24

He's got a Dex of 12, but I don't see the +1 added in for the armour class. I don't have the books now, so I don't know if they just altered the size penalty or not.

If it is a mistake, hopefully it didn't make it into printing:(
