D&D 5E 3d6 in Order

STR: 11
DEX: 14 (16 after racial)
CON: 16
INT: 14
WIS: 11
CHA: 5

Variant Human (Tavern Brawler), Rogue (Mastermind). People don't like Kurk Garshuul much. There's rumors he has orc blood in him, but his ideas are strong. He's good in a dark alley with a broken bottle or his dagger. He can drink you under the table or trade blows with ogres, sometimes with a little punch to the kidneys. Kurk fights dirty. But he's a winner.

People do like winners, even if they've got that orc blood, foul mouth and are prone to a bit too much honesty in front of the town guard.

CON: 7 (8)
INT: 16

Variant Human (Ritual Caster), Cleric (Knowledge), Sage

From the day she was born Klee always liked books. She'd read everything and anything. It was only natural for her to be discovered by the Priests of Knowledge in her early years. Klee already read every book in her town, the village over-hill and her parents' money kept buying more. She learned a couple spells just from reading about them, a smart and erudite soul.

My daughter wanted in on the fun. Here's her tiefling warlock
Str 11
Dex 7
Con 16
Int 14->15
Wis 7
Cha 13->15

Charlatan as the background who likes to insinuate herself into people's lives to prey on their weakness and secure their fortunes.

Strength 13 Dex 8 Con 13 Int 8 Wis 5 Cha 8.

I'm going half-orc:

Str 15, Dex 8, Con 14, Int 8 Wis 5, Cha 8

Yeah, and barbarian.

Tolos Arrow-Eye. When Tolos came of age, he ventured with his people to raid a nearby village in the night. Unfortunately for Tolos, he took an arrow through the eye and out of the side of his skull. But Tolos did not die from the wound. Tolos proved relentless, and his fellow raiders took the lost of his eye as a sign from Gruummsh and by the first dim light of dawn, the raiders prevailed and put the village to the torch. Remarkably, Tolos survived but the arrow had not only took an eye and left him horribly disfigured, but it took a bit of his brain as well. Tolos shows very poor judgment, and reduces things he can't understand to "foul sorcery." He is blunt and doesn't respect those with their "noses buried in leaves" respecting only those who show prowess with axe, spear and sword.

Edit: I imagine he's foolish enough to think he can accomplish outlandish maneuvers using acrobatics, and he when he fails its a spectacle, only his high hit points and a little dumb luck saving him. For example, he might think he can leap for a rope and swing to a far wall, only to misjudge it and either miss the rope or swing into the wall.

Wow. The fun and the pain. In order....13, 13, 11, 5, 13, 13. A perfectly playable stupid character! Brogo half blade is an illiterate half Orc barbarian who has sold his sword to unscrupulous men. His adjusted scores are 15,13, 12, 5, 13, 13. Poisoned, stabbed, beaten and worse, numerous assassination attempts and double crosses have left him "different" than he once was but under his dullness there is a strange ability to sniff out danger and allies alike. Brogo has a hard time articulating his rage and quick temper but it is usually well founded when facts are finally known. He is just not good telling others where why and when...

I would go standard human with this. Perfect Bard, except that he keeps forgetting the lines to his songs.

"I said the words!"

All right.

Str 11, Dex 12, Con 13, Int 8, Wis 17, Cha 14

Wow, those are pretty impressive stats for 3d6. I hate clerics, so it looks like I'm a Moon Druid. Human bumps it up to:

Hursag Enlil - "quick but slow"
Human (part Yuan-ti) Outlander, (Moon) Druid 1
Str 11, Dex 12, Con 13, Int 9, Wis 18, Cha 14
Feat: Mobile
Vaguely greenish skin with a hint of scales; unusually pointed canines
Cunning and patient; pitiless; trustworthy but not compassionate; reptilian temperament. Lawful Evil.

Progression: pure Moon Druid, taking feats along the way for (Sentinel, Resilient (Con), +2 Wis, Healer, Alert).

Cantrips: Mold Earth, Thorn Whip

In combat: Entangle, Thorn Whip (allows Mobile). Strike fast like a cobra, then avoid the counterstroke.

Goals: comfort, safety and a full belly. Has a lot in common with a rattlesnake sunning itself on a rock. [In order to turn Hursag into a PC, you'd have to stimulate him with some kind of a threat that needed to be dealt with in order for him to return to his comfortable life in a desert oasis. Perhaps settlers start moving in; or perhaps Hursag acquires a personal enemy when he poisons a passing military Toblakai patrol out of pique--unfortunately the poison is not fatal, and the oasis becomes dangerous territory for a time.)

Another: 10,3,6,8,8,12

That one... wow. No Dex so he doesn't work at range; no Con so he doesn't belong in melee; the only thing I can think of to do with him is to give him Mobile to stay out of trouble and make him a Sorlock: warlock 2/wild sorc X. With an AC of 6 his only hope is to lean on Armor of Agathys and otherwise stay out of range.

My other option would be to go completely the other direction and make him a (Tough) Barbarian for as long as he lasts. Worst Barbarian in the world...
