which brings the ettercap to be a scale of 12.75.... guess it isn't an ettercap.

Why +16?

I calculated that it should be +10 instead of +8 (The x2 carrying capacity for each size increase covers the rest).

Technically you are absolutely right...however, I have always been dubious about the carrying capacity modifier...

...If we analyse what the carrying capacity actually means when scaled up; it means that a 13.5 mile tall/long creature could technically lift the planet Earth! In other words its absolutely nonsensical!

The carrying capacity size modifier was only ever papering over the cracks in the whole strength/damage/carrying capacity mess to begin with. I would like to think they would sort that out for these revised core rule books.
