Had to mull over the presented situation, and Kyriel's motivations a bit.

I have other plot hooks that might get your character, so if the current one goes against her motivations and would be out of character to go after bandits feel free to roleplay that. Though this one is by far the easiest I wont railroad anyone into taking it.

Twas no great effort in the end. In fact, I posted just now because I hit a little vein of inspiration.

Rooting out bandits is not glamorous work, but she could use some coin (hence her generous acceptance of 'donations') and the bandits are, after all, evil...if not exactly a plague of darkness.
