[4e][Paragon] Kombat Kraziness (closed)

Yeah, I have some bad news about that crit prevention. Armor of Bahamut is, quite stupidly, a Ranged power. So it provokes OA...

I guess I should add the extra damage back on, huh?

It's weird that Divine Challenge and the leader class healing powers use the "One target within Close Burst" mechanic to avoid OA, and nothing else does.

Added the damage back on.

I also added 2 to Xak's initiative, but it doesn't change his place.

Are there any issues with the way information has been presented so far? The lack of having labled axis does make tracking movement and spell effects more difficult. On the other hand, it can be useful to have a movement path ordered in case there's some hidden effect in a square. Should I start labeling the rows and columns?

Is there something I can do to make things move faster?

It's not completely stupid, as characters and creatures can't make opportunity attacks on their own turn. Doesn't make a difference when there's more than one enemy around, but it is something to keep in mind.

Unfortunately a personal emergency required my immediate attention last Friday and I expect to be tending to the matter for about another week or so.

I'll be unable to post for that time so please NPC me if I'm a player and I'll update my games when I return.

So who wants to play Torment for the moment?

I'll be posting actions for our currently missing PCs (IG, and ren) tonight and moving things to the top of round 2 (Covaithe, Glib, Dalamar). So it'd be nice if IG made a game post, or if someone else suggested an action for Torment.

The actions I'll use are the following:

Narbel: Use Come and Get It, pulling Eladrin 1 into reach and swinging at her.

Torment: Use Shake It Off if Narbel fails his save, otherwise save it. Draw Crossbow. Shoot Crossbow. If he didn't use Shake it Off, reload.

He is not in range to heal Xak with Inspiring Word.

It would be tacky of me to point out that come and get it, is not, in fact a shift.
right?

;p

It's a pull, according the errata, so I guess I agree. Neither one would provoke anything in this case. Forced Shifting is just weird - and something that multiple fighters or warlords could really abuse.

Either way the wounded eladrin ends up next to the sticky fighter.

Actually, on second thought, Narbel will throw his handaxe instead of using Come and Get It. Evilhalfling has already posted a plan to breath on both of the fey, so I don't want to mess it up with an NPC'd character pullling one out of the way.
