I read the information on Ivalic in plots and places. Is this all? Do Draconians live on both continents? Are they similar to the core 4e description? Would wild draconian tribes under the rule of dragons be possible?

I see that you currently have 2 leaders and a controller, so I'd be happy to play a defender or striker to help balance things out (depending on what the other two players choose).
