Ankabut has her orders, and they don't include killing Akilah. She'd try to maintain her cover as long as possible.

If it started to look like the party was going to make her job harder than it would be otherwise, she'd have to consider moving on.

Personally, she'd take a dim view of someone embracing undeath, but until the order came down to do something about it she wouldn't take action.

Honestly i don't see anything she could of done better there. The part of me that wanted to be a vampire cleric is very sad.
