Where would I post something like that? I'm kind of new here, and I'm only aware of the fan content databases for subclasses, feats, spells, etc. This is literally a notecard with a table written on the back.

I'm kind of new here myself (or rather returning, after a long hiatus with Pathfinder), but, depending on how rough it is, I think you could (1) just post the information here in thread; (2) start a new thread in the houserules section of the forum, or (3) put in the downloads section here: http://www.enworld.org/forum/rpgdownloads.php

Playing HOTDQ while putting the finishing touches on an campaign setting featuring an elaborate urban setting with a very diverse population - humans, humanoids, demi-humans, even an undead neighborhood where it is always night.

If you don't mind sharing some details, I'd love to know the in-world history/logic that led to a setup like this, with orcs and goblins and undead living alongside humans and elves and whatnot. :)

In 9 days, I'm running an expanded Wave Echo Cave (from Lost Mines of Phandelver) where the mine is up and running under the control of intelligent undead, with skeletal miners. So far I've been having a lotta fun designing 5e with feedback on ideas from the EN World forum. These are all related to the same map:

The community's unstuck me several times with cool ideas :D

I'll be running Ravenloft next, the 5e reddit conversion.

In the distant future I'll be running Geoff Dale's Inferno, which has blown my mind with its scope and ambition. I hope I can DM up to it. Epic epic epic.

This is from a review of Inferno:

Ed Greenwood's version of the Nine Hells is the one I knew and loved as a teen. It took at least some inspiration from Dante, and the circles were fleshed out with nasty and compelling environments. But Geoff Dale's version, which I discovered long after my gaming years, is better -- and far more harrowing. In depicting the torture of souls, Dale gave us Hell not only in terms of the way most of us think about the place, he was able to align it with a supreme work of literature, just as Ravenloft was made out of Dracula.

Setting: Mystara
An amalgamation of several published adventures, beginning with Elwyn's Sanctuary (1) as a backstory, where Elwyn the Ardent, a cultist of Leptar, was captured but the Bell was never recovered. She hid it in the ToEE (2). The adventure began with her trial in Penhaligon 2 years after her capture (long story), she escaped with the PCs trailing her to the ToEE. Stallanford = Hommlet. The cultists within the ToEE use an abandoned nearby moathouse in the Wufwolde Hills which possess a two-way teleportation circle to the Caves of Chaos from which they source their humanoid militia and thereby replenishing the Temple.

After dealing with the ToEE (which did not go according to plan - as the PCs released Zuggtmoy in error) they decided to travel to Castellan Keep and assist in routing out the remaining cultists and their Leader who escaped to the Caves. This is essentially Keep on the Borderlands (3).

On their way to Castellan Keep I have blended the LMoP (4) and Horror on the Hill (5) - that is where they currently are. After the Caves there will be cultist links to B11 and B12. The entire story arc is blended nicely with published material and fan-work, specifically Mini Gaz The Central Altan Tepes by Simone Neri and A Karameikos Companion by Agathokles.

Right now the Wufwolde Hills is littered with rogue demons and creatures from the elemental planes which survived the destruction of ToEE and its elemental nodes - which will affect the setting going forward. We have already had 1 TPK (when Zuggtmoy was released) and 1 PC death thereafter. The TPKed party is being blamed for the ills the duchy is currently experiencing due to their failed mission which resulted in over 100 knights and squires being butchered and the release of a demoness.

I'm running and converting City of the Spider Queen. It's a huge adventure so I've managed to convert about 1/3rd of it so far.

I'm playing a Dwarven War Cleric in HoTDQ.

I also ran/played in a lot of higher level (17 and 20) week night encounters with my group, but we don't do a lot of that any more.

AL organized play... HotDQ. been 5 steady players, plus 3 rotate in and out as work allows. Average level is 5th.

Also, home game is 2nd, home brew campaign.

Just kicked off a new campaign today and had fun. I’m trying out a Warlock character for the first time - he’s basically Blackadder…..

I’ll also be running some games for Newbies on an open day at the club I’m going to - that may be Adventures League stuff maybe - not sure yet.

Also greatly lamenting the fact that I don't have any opportunity to play 5E. I like DMing, but I want both. :(

Me too. I'm hoping after at least one of the campaigns I'm running wraps up that some else in one of those groups will run a 5E game so I can get a chance to play ( HINT HINT) .

Sounds awesome!! I love running games in Mystara. There is so much cool lore and supplemental material out there to choose from. My own campaign (which I cannot go into detail about because at least one player reads this forum) is set in AC 1025 and is focused on growing unrest between Karameikos and the Thyatian Empire who now wants more involvement in governing the duchy. Cultural tensions between Traladarans and Thyatians are heating up and Karameikos may be heading into a civil war.
