One Wizard at a time! We did it!
While not as powerful, the move to the summon spells instead of conjure spells alleviates the slow down problem. Much more streamlined and no DM interpretation required. Now they just need to make some summon swarm versions for those who want to have 8 wolves but don't want the slowdown of tracking 8 wolves.I 100% agree with you on the annoying/slowing down the game part.
however I can't believe what you are saying about ineffective. I ran a module with a PC with a Shepherd, it was very effective.
I guarantee that a wizard will make it to the final round. One Wizard at a time! We did it!
Oh hey! Nice! The best subclass won for once.Circle of Land 2-2=0
Circle of Shepherd 7+1=8
Let's end this!
Have them all resolve at once. When they “attack” it’s a save vs damage and knockdown, save for half and no knockdown. While not as powerful, the move to the summon spells instead of conjure spells alleviates the slow down problem. And a non-PHB one at that!Oh hey! Nice! The best subclass won for once.
Again! That makes two so far!And a non-PHB one at that!
Better of they (you) vote against the ones you don't like. They didn't, they could have voted against the boring ones (Land and Shepherd).
After Moon and Land, it was the next best choice for me. So, once it came down to the final two, it really didn't matter much to me which won.Shepard is alright.
