If a Melee attack occurs while he is in this spot, I iwll roll an Acrobatic check 15, if failed you will conced combat advantage.
PS: Next time, please specify in the note secion that you attack counterclockwise so that it appears in the roll.
Also, I will use the same damage roll (1st) for the second attack also because it's more convenient.
