It then falls silent. Thrain hands Goruskblain to you.

Charlarn moves to S19 while hefting Goruksblain. The warhammer begins to hum in anticipation of the fight.

ooc: Yup, it talks. It's not particularly talkative, but it talks when it wants to.

By the way, my item aproval thread isn't recieving all the attention I might have hoped for. I'm removing the restriction against you folks looking in on it, in hopes I can get more comment. (Especially from those here that can vote yay or nay on the thing!)

Rounds 2 through 8 conclude
Ducane nearly kills P6... he won't be getting up again any time soon, and will probably die if not aided.

The main group is temporarilly out of enemies. Other shapes are rushing toward you through the darkness.

I'm going to try to speed things up by going into narrative mode for the next 6 rounds.

While it's clear this order makes good sense, it seems many of the pirates are too drunk to listen to it. Eight different pirates straggle in and are easilly cut down by the party.

To Jack's frustration, five pirates appear to have been stationed in the depot, and four more at the docks. These pirates are sober, and are clustering in two large groups, ready for battle.

There seems to be a bunch of activity up at the base as well.

Charlarn bangs Goruskblain against his shield. He yells, "Come and get me. I've come to stop your reign of terror."

Planus shouts, "Your pilliaging has angered the gods of earth and sea alike. Vengence has come for you and you shall all be held to account for your evil deeds." He looks at Charlarn, winks, and his body is wracked with small spasms as he struggles to restrain a giggle.

"Too easy up to now, I suppose we got rid of teh fools and the drunk. Prepare for the worst." tells Opale. She takes a bolt in her quiver... "Damned. I have only two bolt left. Anyone have a quiver of bolt that I could use?"

The depot is made out of timbers, which from what you can tell could not have been obtained locally. There just aren't enough trees on the island to make large wooden structures such as the pirates appear to prefer.
