Let's call it a 10' climb, though the roof slopes upward from there. Taking 10 is OK, since the whole building is between you and the pirates at this point.
 

Jack tightens the straps of his pack, laces up his crampons and brandishes a pair of short hand spikes. He carefully scrambles up the side of the building... Once at the peak of the roof, he'll take a careful look over at the side of the building he hasn't seen yet.

So far, the south side is blank with no guards, and the east and west sides have guarded doors... Jack's carefully peeking over the north side of the depot to see what's there.

Climb +8 (climber's kit), Take 10 = 18
Hide +17 = 33
Move Silently +15 = 26
Listen +12 = 14
Spot +10 = 17

He looks back at the others. "They're not coming out. Let's move forward carefully, so they don't find Jack."

OOC: I'm going away on a long weekend from Friday to Monday. So I probably won't post much then. Charlarn will act aggressively to keep the pirates away from Jack.

The north side is similar, though just to the north of the wooden structure a stone wall has been errected, apparently to protect the building from the waves. Only about 3' of space exist between the two walls.
 

Round 10: While Jack is exploring the outside of the Depot, the rest of the party pulls together into a marching order and moves forward. (If you wish, first person to post one determines the marching order, otherwise I'll make it up.)
 

Jack may roll a DC 12 listen check and a DC 10 Knowledge(Architecture & Engineering) check for more information. (Each roll is a slightly different subject, so roll both -- DC 10 knowledge checks can be made untrained.)
 

Opale stay in the back, where she will have meat shield in front of her. Outside of that, she doesn't care much who is first. She might even consider having somsone behind her in case someone come by behind.
