A Feast for Crows

I think the other books after CROWS will go smoother. GRRM did not plan to do a 7th book, so he has to expand alot of stuff that He orginally did not plan to.

I hope Martin finishes at some point in the near future.

I heard a rumour that Martin is actually dead, and the updates on the website are just the publishers stalling for time while they figure out how they're going to escape the rabid fanbase when it turns out that there isn't going to be a Feast for Crows.

But his son, Christopher Brian Martin, is going to collate all his unfinished manuscripts, and sell them as a couple of collections for the true fanatics.

If we're really lucky, maybe Kevin J. Anderson can come in and keep it going for us.

Here, I found a preview:

---

"You thought you were powerful?" the heretofore-unknown villain declared. "Now you will feel true evil. Winter is coming!" he cackled.

"No!" Tyrion shouted. "I am complex and have moral ambiguity!" But then the evil crept over him, and suddenly he was evil. "Winter is coming," he said, now admitting his evilness.

"And winter is this big magical crystal," the heretofore-unknown villain declared.

"But wait!" Arya Stark's new friend Jane shouted, leaping into the room. "Do or do not! There is no try!" She used her incredible magic power and destroyed the crystal.

"Wow," said Arya, "you saved the world, Jane! How can we ever thank you?"

"Oh, I'm sure you'll think of something, in the next eight or ten books where heretofore-unknown villains keep cropping up with doomsday devices," Jane murmured modestly.

"Can you ever forgive me?" Tyrion asked, now no longer evil.

"Forgive or forgive not," Arya said, "there is no try."

You need to put some smiley faces to show that your kidding Hypersmurf. Everybody might not get the inference.

Yeah well for a while people were sure Jordan was dead. I know however such rumors are just nature's way of showing human beings to be flawed.

Crossroads of Twilight reads like it was written by a corpse, maybe Jordan is undead. They've got ghost writers why not zombie writers?

Well if so it would explain alot wouldn't it? No I'm sure he's not dead or undead. Neither is Martin. I will say though I'm glad I have other writers to fall back on while waiting for Feast of Crows.
