A question of OGL ?

I was reading the reviews of the Pocket Gimoire Divine & Arcane and was thinking that a Psionic version would be great. But then I realized that a psionic version would not be a reprint, but a conversion of previously published work.

Would this be allowed under OGL? or with permision?

I don't follow. Psionics are in the SRD (unreleased, but so are all the spells).

Well, obviously it would be allowed "with permission". That's what permission means!

Under the OGL (i.e. without specific permisson) you can use any material in the System Reference Document. You may not use any material not in the System Reference Document. the System Reference Document is at:

I mean to convert spells to psionics like the spell "Wall of Thought" in the Kalamar Player's Handbook.

It would be necessary to change certain aspects to fit psionics; Ectoplasm, Displays, etc.
