"A Superbowl Day Miracle"

Twin Rose

First Post
This poor kid had been hanging around GenCon, before hours and after, waiting for his chance. Finally, he saw him, the man himself!

The man was in a grumpy mood, and barely took notice of the kid, so busy with business as he was. But, undaunted, the kid approached and said to him, "Would you like a coke, Mr. Cook?"

The man gave him an angry stare, then took the coke; he drank it! Then a smile broke his lips and he said, "Thanks kid!" And tossed the kid his very own Player's Handbook!

"Thanks Monte!" exclaimed the kid, but Monte only smiled in return. (And drank his coke)

In the spirit of Advertising Day (Superbowl Day to some):

The name Monte Cook is probably © Monte J. Cook

This comercial imagery is probably © The Coca-Cola Company

This stupid parody is © 2004 Chris Johanson, Twin Rose Software

Note: Don't ask how this came about, you probably don't want to know.

So, after this important info on Monte Cook drinking Coke, would someone like to tell me more about this "Campaign Suite"?

I think you can learn more on the website, or post a thread on the Software forums .. This was for a bit of levity, and won't become an in-depth topic.. Unless, of course, it's about coke.

and a much better dresser. Though I fail to see how this is really a miracle?

Well, he is a better dancer ....

How hard can that be. And I don't care for dancing. Those soda babes just have to stand there and look pretty. Or do some suggestive double-entendres or something. This makes the ad something to look at (and then I'll just buy what tastes better).

Gwen who?

Couldn't know that. I don't get to watch American TV that much (in fact I don't even watch the local crap). I just knew that Spears was the Pepsi babe at some time.

Gwen Stefani singer of No Doubt, she is to be one of the new spokesperson/model for Pepsi and their Itunes sweepstakes.
