Able to Two-Weapon fight with a Spiked Chain?

I am new here and want to find this 'Spike Chain Source Book' that malakh spoke of. I would be most obliged if someone were to assist...

Interesting. Felon, do you know of any official source with kusarigama stats? I've always thought they would just be treated as spiked chains.

Check the Dungeon Master's Guide, pg. 145. It's like a spiked chain, but is a light melee weapon. So, you could use one in each hand.
