This forum is an experiment. It's here for two weeks, after which I'll decide whether or not to keep it.

You can discuss pretty much anything you like in here, subject to two basic rules:

1) If there is a specific forum for it elsewhere, please post in that forum.

2) Religion and politics are not allowed, as has always been the rule here at EN World.

So, feel free to discuss general news, personal stuff, whatever you like. Just don't post about religion or politics. After two weeks, this forum may well disappear, so please use it appropriately.

I think this is an awesome idea. I can live with the post count not increasing for now. Now we can have a proper forum as an after hours lounge.

I was going to ask for a few threads to be moved here, but if it's going to disappear in a few weeks is that wise? Oh well it probably doesn't matter in the long run as I wont post to the threads anymore cause someone always ends up in Meta to complain:

Baseball: I would like to be able to talk about Shilling, Sheffield and ARod.

Football: My chiefs are on a roll and I want to brag about it.

So those to thread should probably be moved, as all/most of the fans are already subscribed to it.

And when we say this forum could "disappear" that doesn't mean we'll necessarily just delete the threads. Most likely we'd move them back over to General and then wipe out this forum.
