Academy of the Chromatic Order--Four feats for exceptional Academy Graduates

Okay foiling divinations I like, intimidate as a move action under certain circumstances i like. Its the 75% CP that I'm having trouble with. To me this is like the 75% time feat in Eberron. Except it has an added bonus of melding enchantment and conjuration bonus spell use like the others.
However, it has a strict RP and feat requirement to take, and crafters are in dire need of CPs anyway (though they get bonuses from the craft item feats). Also, it doesn't adjust time, just CP (though a time thing would adjust CPs). So if for some reason they could craft without using CPs, time is still an issue. Also, it only applies to magic items (and there is no GP or XP break feat).

The Eberron feat meanwhile, simply has requirements and can be taken at first level, and applies to all crafting, even mundane.

Remember, it has a prerequisite of a worthless feat and also encourages a connection to LEW. Additionally, it only allows them to make more items in their spare time with CP, and does not give them 75% time for crafting with time.

ah right the prereq of a useless feat. In that case I think it balanced. The time feat from Eberron was always the weakest of the three anyways. So that means I'm all good and I give these four feats a yes.

My issues, however, are not resolved. In case I wasn't clear the first time, it's not the balance I'm worried about. I just don't like the idea that it's possible for someone whose character sheet claims a specialty in one school of magic to take all spells from a different school. No.

It's becoming a double specialist.

And your issues with that specific feat was addressed in discussion since that's the weakest one. I guess you could add that the double specialist Abjurur/Diviner MUST have a secondary barred school (which may have to be selected once they gain the feat).

Is that the only feat you have a problem with though?

I repeat: my concern was not about balance. The balance aspect of the issue was addressed, but nothing said in the discussion changed the fact that a player creating an ACO-trained abjurer has an incentive to call the character a diviner even if he never intends to memorize a single divination spell. There's something wrong with that even if it doesn't upset the power balance.
