ACK! I Hate level 15!!

My advice is to think like a kobold. Throw every trick in the book at them.

I know that gets a little harder when PCs can fly, travel the planes, and can smack the King's army around, but it's far from impossible. Overwhelm them with great numbers and get the gods involved in the storyline. No PC should be able to reach level 15 without upsetting at least one deity. Remember that villians have access to the same abilities as the PCs and quite a few the PCs don't, regardless of how well-rounded the party happens to be.

That being said my current campaign of four years will probably come to a close about the time the PC reaches level 16. I didn't plan it that way, but I'm glad that's how it will end up. I'm sure by then I'll be more than ready to do something else.

So, a cleric probably functions as a 2d6 weapon, with the improvised weapon penalities...
