How much overlap is there with Skull & Bones?

Actually, a fair bit--CORSAIR is a compilation of the Open Content ship rules from S&B, plus the advanced rules from Buccaneers & Bokor, with some brand-new material added.

To be honest, it's probably not worth it if you already own S&B and the first two issues of B&B. There's new material there, but probably not enough to merit the price tag.
