Adamantite Weapons (Large)

If I was your DM...

I would say that the cap is at +2 for adamatine weapons, otherwise it is too useful as a weapon in antimagic (or dispel) for the stated price. I think the Wizards took half of the maximum enhancent allowed in the game (half of +5 which is rounded down to +2) to express the inherent "magical" nature of adamantine metal.

I'm willing to listen to reason of course, but +3 seems to powerful for an innate ability of the metal.

Course he can't use the sword anyway so its really redundant.

Eh, I may not even make a forsaker any longer at any rate, to many things seem stacked against them (they can't carry items to break, the only weapons they can use will have to be adamantite, and I don't want to rely on being able to buy them, etc.)

A very cool prestige class, perhaps I will yet make an encounter out of it, but I think I will just stick with something more mundane.
