(whispering) "Might I remind you we have not been well received by the gladitors here. The hobgoblin did seem scared of someone here. Could be the whistler."

It's either now or never, here or the pit... whispers Baern back, drawing a handaxe, but not his big blades.

Fancy that, the great and terrible Gurg, a whistler. says the cleric off-offhandedly, I doubt they'll fight us if there is no reward, do any of you lie well? Veruza smiles, I say we offer them a separate source of the drug, one that costs less and has minimal risk.

"We cannot deal with the abomination. I say we lock them in and deal with the whistler. You cannot assume he won't offer them a reward once we appear.

I'll get in front of the door and block both of them, your attack the whistler when he appears if they don't surrender."

If not stopped, Cairn walks toward the door, as silently as he can (Stealth (1d20+3=7)) which given his weight and general subtlety is not very silent. Realizing this, he rushes toward the door.

"Gladiators, your drug operation is shut down. Surrender now and no body gets hurt."

OOC: KarinsDad, can the door be blocked from the outside?
OOC: Position would ideally be so that he is adjacent to both doorways on the OPPOSITE side then the rest of the party so they get everyone in pincer. He can control the exit of both doors. If the hall is too wide, he would choose to be adjacent to gladiators and with reach attack the whistler if/when he appears

He positions himself next to Baern if possible.

OOC: Sorry about the missing invoker; I was on vacation, then sick.

"I've never been one for sneaking around, but..." She starts to say. When Cairn charges the door, she adds. "Nevermind." And readies herself for combat.

Like it or not, there he goes... Veruza shrugs, holding her weapon ready, and steadying herself for the almost inevitable retaliation of the gladiators.

OOC: Just FYI. I have the next map almost complete. I just have to add a few more objects to it. I am giving the PCs new tokens since the last ones were small and blurry. If you have a token that you want me to use with Maptools, please Email it to me. I should have the new map posted tomorrow night. Sorry for the delay.
