OOC: Sorry, but that was clear as mud. I thought you meant the opposite side of the hallway, not the opposite side of the doorway. You also stated "I'll get in front of the door and block both of them". He is adjacent to the doorway that I put him next to. It's his turn, so he can move to wherever he wants to move.

OOC: Sorry, I didn't think it was unclear as the hall is just 2 squares wide. It doesn't matter, I'll try to put full post later tonight.

Cairn hp should be full, he spent one additional surge after second winding in the fight. I said so while we discussed the ritual. I apologize if that was not officially stated as an action.

Also, you didn't mention if there are door and can they be locked/blocked from outside

Nyar walks past the door, not seeing the whistler, decides to address him (or her) in a polite manner.

"Excuse me friend, I am going to put up a small temporary door here for just a moment while my friends try to convince the gladiators over here to stop attacking us."

With that, a column of lightning crackles into being in the door of the room.

[sblock=actions] Movement: Walk past D6, finishing in E5.
Free: Talking.
Standard: Storm Pillar: D6. Occupies one square. Enemies entering square next to pillar take 1d6+6 damage. [/sblock]

"You are unarmed, be at peace and you won't get hurt again. The arena will open again and you'll have your job, just without abominations involved. Let them be and close the door." he offers to leave them in peace and that last part to his companions

Cairn turns and enters the storm pilar, watching through the lightning for any sign of threat.

Why are we spreading out guys? We've got the advantage in the hall! Veruza sounds slightly panicked as she shifts her weight from foot to foot and wrings the handle of her full blade.

The kalashtar cleric readies to spring at the first enemy to move into the hallway, testing the space around her with short practice swings.

Standard, Ready Action, Target: First enemy to move into hallway, Action: Charge, using Sonnlinor's Hammer in place of MBA.

Baern is already inside, I don't think they will oblige you by going outside, unless whistler calls them.

I believe we had same thing in Into the Deep with CaBaNa's genasi wizard (sorry, I forgot the name) where we found out that it's enemies only and it stands in a square. Not sure for blocking, we treated it as it doesn't, but I never looked it up.

Baern sees the weights his Cairn and shakes his head. He moves inside and draws out his heavier, blunted waraxe Tooth. Yeh damn fools, we beat yeh once we'll do it again. He goes to toss his handaxe, but drops it in the sinking sands. Taking Tooth in both hands he moves around and swings gently at the human to little effect.

Narvala moves up so she can see where at least some of the attackers are coming from. If she can stay in the hall and reach a position where she can attack the human and he doesn't have cover from her attack, she'll do that. Otherwise, she'll step just inside and to the right of the door before attacking.

"These people gave you some difficulties earlier?" She inquired. "Let me see what I can do."

It took a moment's thought to make the blast of radiant energy she aimed at the man nonlethal.

"Uh guys, I'm a fan of an exuberant response as anyone, but what about the whistler?"

Nyar walks past the door and peers into the room across from the gladiators.

[sblock=Info for Cairn only]
Cairn sees that the cloths hanging from the ropes appear to be wet and there are some small puddles on the floor under them. The cloths appear to be large rags or towels. It looks more like large laundry more than anything else.[/sblock]

Nyar and Baern see that the Lizardman prepares a shield and then moves across the room towards the door, spear in hand. The Lizardman is behind the door, so Nyar can no longer see him.

"Whats did that golem say? the human asks.

"I don't know. I can't understand statue boy. Just kill his friend and wez get him later." the Hobgoblin replies.

The human moves around Baern and punches at him with both fists. The one fist hits Baern solidly in the chin, but the other misses.

The Hobgoblin tries to get behind Baern, but his halberd attack misses as well.

[sblock=OOC]

Human hits Baern for 13 and misses Baern.

The origin square of storm pillar cannot be occupied by anything other than the pillar. Treat a storm pillar as you would any conjuration, with the added specific of "the pillar occupies 1 square". It is for all purposes a door only Nyar can open.

It is enemies only in damage effect.

EDIT: I seem to have run out of time for a turn, I'll pop back on tonight.
