"Is there someone interesting to talk to?" thinks Cairn before realizing that departing Veruza cannot share their thoughts anymore.

He looks after her, thinking over moving after 'his' 'lady mage', but finally let's her go, returning to his vigil of 'His Majesty'. He remains silent and impassive.

"With a sitting room, please."

Nyar whispers to Narvala, purposefully a little too loud, "Her father will not be pleased with her behavior. You will have to inform him when we return home."

(this is my third attempt to post, hopefully enworld will take it this time...)

"Pronar." the man says. A male Kenku walks up next to him.

"The skyview room for these guests."

The Kenku turns to the group "Follow me please."

As the group pass through the doorway to the right, they can see a group of men being entertained through the left hand doorway. There are some women dancing, and feint music is coming through the doorway. Most of the smaller tables in that area are filled with men and women, laughing, talking, and drinking.

Once through the doorway, the team is led towards the left through a dining room, half filled with well dressed individuals. The patrons on this side are much more subdued and are mostly conversing and eating. The party passes down a hallway and are led to an open doorway, again on the right. Entering the room, they see a large glass double door on one side of the room where the group sees a spectacular view of the city. The glass doors, partially open, lead out onto a balcony where chairs are located. There is a table that could fit eight people, but is currently set for six. There is also a very elegant sitting area with multiple comfortable chairs and side tables a short distance from the dining table.

As the group enters the room, several female Kenku enter behind them with decanters of various wines and alcoholic beverages. Another female Kenku enters with a platter of sweet meats, fruits and cheeses.

Pronar pulls back the seats for each person "Have a seat please. What do each of you wish to drink?" he asks.

Baern looks around for anyone familiar, but it quickly becomes apparent that the type of people who frequent the Battle Pitt do not frequent the Sky Nest or vice versa.

Yeah, well, we lost our way of communication, Nyar is on his own

And I don't think we're here only for Rhapsody business, there was a missing halfling too, I'll dig for that particular post a bit later.

Cairn doesn't sit, he stands beside another bodyguard near the wall (if there is such) or behind Nyar if not. Protecting his master's back as is proper.

"Do you have a Riesling from Chateau d'Orsik from northern Anduir?"

Nyar sits down with a view of the city.

[sblock=ooc] I'm guessing wines are similar grapes in D&D? [/sblock]

Hi,

Neurotic mentioned in the the general thread that you would be needing a leader. I would be willing to join with Christina(unapproved), my level 4 Sentinel druid (with the DM/party's permission of course). She is not a pure leader, but has 3 encounter heals and can absorb lot of damage through her animal companion/spirit companion/daily summon and does good damage through her encounter power.

I have not had a chance to read a lot of the thread yet, but I believe you are in a fancy club or something? I am not sure if that would be a good place to introduce her since she is fairly uncivilized, but I could work her in you will be here long.

Please let me know if would like for me to join :)

ooc: Luinnar I would love to have you join us, but you're right, maybe KD can arrange a meeting of some kind at the appropriate time. That is unless KD does a TPK on us here among the birdmen...

IF we have some privacy not to be overheard, Cairn speaks from behind Nyar quietly. "We should take a look and then maybe join everyone in the main area, this way we won't find out anything and won't be seen. Take time to take your nourishment."

If not, Cairn stands immovable like a statue except for his eyes which scan every detail of the room.
