Adventure: A Tale of Two Domains (DM:Luinnar, Judge:renau1g)

GM: Sir ExSixTen did not get an extended rest, so no THP from restful beadroll.

Rain of Steel damage=15

Added the damage to Radaga from Come and Get It and Rain of Steel :)

The skeletons rush to their master's aid. Two flank Dorn one slashing him with its sword. The other four fire arrows at Dorn, Jax, Quagmire and Brenn, hitting their marks.

The remaining Goblyn attempts to move into a better position, but Sir ExSixTen's axe changes his mind. He gives up and decides to sink his teeth into the Warforged instead.

Away oaf, you shall not stop my plans! Radaga yells at ExSixTen, she points a finger at him and the ghostly image of a ram shoots out, knocking the Warforged away and to the ground.

The Dracolich calls upon its necrotic powers and exhales its terrible breath. The last Goblyn, Sir ExSixTen, Quagmire and Andras inhale the deadly fumes, briefly stunning their senses. With urgings from Radaga the Dracolich leaps into the air out of dagger reach.

ooc: I'd like to use my Firedeath immediate interrupt to reduce the damage the breath dealt me by 15, but it might not work depending on when the stun happens in the power. The trigger is when I take damage.
 


OOC: I forgot to use the Bedroll before the last fight (forgot I had it) but I guess it was too late. I would have gotten 5 THP for hitting with Come and Get It so +2 damage on his OA I think and first Rain of Steel roll. Anyone have a magical way of removing stun? If not, this could be bad.

Need me some Superior Will...
 

When the skeletal dragon impossibly flies into the air, it also gives Jax a clear view of the next goblyn. Since the dragon helpfully stunned it, Jax takes advantage. He moves in and plunges his dagger into the goblyn's back.

Jax turns and calls up to Radaga. "Okay, witch! Now it's just you and your dragon, versus me... and... my... WARFORGED, WAKE UP!"

[sblock=ooc]I'd wait until next turn. If the dracolich doesn't land, then all the melee folk will have to stab is skeletons. And remember that your AP also gives the enemies +3 to attacks against you as well. If you use it now, they'll be able to immediately take advantage of it. If you use it at the start of next turn, then we'll have an opportunity to limit their reprisal.[/sblock]
 

OOC: I'm not too worried about Dorn getting targeted - in a fight like this we probably want to share the pain a bit (and he has some damage mitigation). But you are right about the dracolich - I will wait for a better opportunity.
 

Dorn closes his eyes, and with a single, deadly thought, sends one of the skeletons crashing to the ground, nothing more than a pile of bones. (Bedeviling Burst crits (oh well wasted crit) skele 3, misses skele 4)

Dorn takes a step away from the other skeleton (Shift one square SE), and with another wave of his arms, he is covered in arcane shadows (Deep Shroud - Dorn's square and all adjacent are heavily obscured (penalty to hit on melee/ranged attacks -2 if adjacent, -5 if not adjacent))
