As the blade slips into the Stone Guardian, it seems to take on a greater momentum. The guardian shakes, it's knees buckle and cracks begin to form all over. As the blade passes cleanly through to the other side, the statue falls into a pile of shards.

Filo slumps to the ground. "Well that was rather tough and go!"

OOC: Cairn would require 2x (surge +6) and one majestic word if possible (needs 44hp) so 20+1d6 should restore most or all of it. That would leave him at 7/13. With one daily left, I'm good to go.

"Ellec, can you do something about that light? We should see how sensitive the eyes are and see if we can take some with us for instant darkness options."

Ice creaks as Cairnmoves falling off and melting all around him. Moss on his joints drinks most of it up and mist tendril weave as he moves.

Shanairra looked about as they rested, rubbing her sores from the attacks as she looked to the others. "They weren't very friendly... we should definitely figure out how to keep the lights on... I don't like stumbling about breathing fire in the dark..."

OOC: I have nothing against giving one of mine, I have 7 remaining assuming somebody heals Cairn for 4hp

Cairn lights a candle and goes toward western wall keeping the candle behind his hand so the light is not directly visible by the eye he knows is there. If the eye reacts as he approaches he repeats the process few times remembering the position and noticing how the eye is fixed to the wall. He then goes and tries to pry it off the wall.

If he succeedes he tries to bring it into the light to see if it still functions. Only then does he remember their employer.

"What about Edward?" he rumbles "He was supposed to guard those bandits, but I heard him during battle."
