(OOC: Normally I don't allow the Luck domain like that, but it does say in the PH that there is only 1 roll for every 24 hours, so I think I'm cool with using it at the beginning of the day on the roll for Survival. What you pay for that privilege is the fact that you never have the ability for use during combat. Sound fair?)

ooc: Snarky GMs, why do I play this game? ;)

"Since we are going with only few supplies, we must look for food on the way. Anton looks around as he walks, "Are we all okay with that?"

(OOC: Hmm...with so many good hunters, you should just have everyone hunt separately and at their own pace (Scun has 1 level in Barbarian too, right? So he can ignore the -5) instead of doing Aid Anothers :))

ooc: Yeah, Scun's got fast movement also. The thing about the Luck domain was a general question more than specifically about hunting, I should have been more clear. How are you going to do rolls in this game and how will the luck domain fit into the scheme of things?

OOC: When it comes to hunting, Cade's a good cook.

(OOC: That's a question I'm meaning to ask my Eberron GM about all those lovely action points. There's not really an easy answer to that. I don't want the Luck Domain to force us to slow down combat for everyone by pausing at each step to check for rerolls. What'd probably be best is to have you mention if you are planning on using a reroll and/or I will use it at my discretion on devastating failures :))

OOC: That's how most Eberron games in PbP I've seen have done it.

Somac: Male Human Bbn 3

During the party's travel, Somac makes several forays off the road to find what food and water he can. This slows his travel somewhat, but the party can only move as fast as the short-legged dwarf anyway. He hopes that by providing food to the others he can start to earn their trust and respect. He knows that they'll all need to be working together if they meet any trouble...

OOC: How do we roll?

Cade says "We should take our time an build up a food supply as we go. Ifn we have to, we kin trade the fresh meat for rations before we enter the desert."
