"I think seeing how it reacts when we heal it is not a bad idea, but it seems Scun is not for that plan. Perhaps, then, Scun, you could at least spare the little girl's feelings and see if you can quietly put it out of it's missery in a 'failed' attempt at healing it? Are we even sure it will recover?" Cade asks.

Scun nods gravely. "I'll see what I can do... Maybe you guys should move away a bit, give doggie some space."

Tandi squeezes Laynie's hand as she takes her away from Doggie and Scun. She is not happy with what they are planning, but on the other hand, they are partially right. Tandi would much prefer that the girl be taken to her home to be raised proper, but even the open hearted Sairundani had a limit on the creatures they would count as pets. As far as she remembered, she had never seen one of the families with one of these renders. Crying for the beast inside, Tandi moved away with Laynie.

"Come on Laynie, we have to give the healing man some room so he can do his work okay?"

Somac: Male Human Bbn 3

Somac threatened Vrina with death for delivering a message from A'jardin...

OOC: I should clarify that. Somac couldn't understand A'jardin's message to Vrina, so he thought it possible Vrina was lying and trying to cause a rift in the party by asking some to go behind others' backs and kill the render. Once he realized that this really was A'jardin's true message, he apologized to Vrina.

Somac: Male Human Bbn 3

Somac stoically accepts the death of the great beast. If half of the party thinks it best to kill it, then its presence could only cause problems in the group. He does not try to stop Scun or persuade the others. He is glad that they are kind enough to spare the girl's feelings by making the death seem like an accident.

Killing the render is pointless, but Anton doesn't feel that one life is particularly better for the child than the other. He only watches as the creature is put down. He says very quietly to himself, "Halina, care for this creature as he cared for Laynie, as one of your creations can love another." He tips his hat and turns around, ready to go.

(OOC: OK, looks like the consensus is to murder the unconscious render who saved Tandi in a fake healing attempt. There's no one left to protest, but I can't bring myself to do it right now until I have some more sleep :( Poor Doggie :()

OOC: "saved" tandi(who was only there because said render was with the girl) from another render(related to the first render?) who is the cause of the entire situation. Need to remember all the facts. I might feel sorry for the render due to it's apparent selfless motives, if it wasn't a vicious and dangerous killing machine.

Also, if the 15 minutes is up, A'jardin would have something to add, but if not, and no one checks on him, then I have no problem with him being out of the loop. It happens *shrug*
