Haruka is much more interested in making her tattoos twist and coil into different patterns than whatever may be going on around her.

Dante quietly listens to the captain, but the usually torpid Virgil perks up and beings looking around warily, Dante reaches slowly for his kama-chain.

OOC: I've never seen a Hexblade before. I'm curious, how does Haruka get +11 damage on attacks, especially with no feats and few items dedicated to it? I looked at your sheet and it has hit bonuses factored out, but not damage.

Rather than Curses, Hexblades have a similar striker damage mechanic to Slayers and Sorcerers. Basically I add my Con mod to my damage rolls with Warlock powers, and then I get an additional +2/4/6 depending on my level.

4 (Cha) + 3 (Con) + 2 (class) + 2 (enhancement) = 11.

GM: Other adventure is wrapped up so I will be able to focus all my attention on starting this... but not tonight. Wendnesday is gaming nigh and thursday if work until you puke night. Not the first time I mention that; it's hard for me to do more than quick updates on these two days.

So the naval nightmare begins friday. I do mean nightmare. Pace yourselves, it'll be a multi encounter ordeal so don't go gung ho too soon.
