"Dwarf, can you keep that devil distracted until I finish this gnome off. Damn! Where did he go?"

Renquist focuses his attention on the guard, "Don't worry death waits for no man."

He slashes the guard, but it is nothing more than a glancing blow. He then drops back looking for the gnome.

"Sure thing, pale one. One devil, occupied as requested. Would you like some tea with that?" asks Rocco sneering, but moves toward the devil. He starts his whirling attack and pulls the devil aside, his new axe swinging by Dante's head. It is obvious he needed restraint not to hit with both weapons, but he pulls it out.

"I told you I'll get you, beast! You'll be sorry you abandoned the cauldron you cooked in."

OOC: ninja'd by neurotic, I changed from second wind to attack so we get that thing down ASAP. Mal, if that is unnacceptable, just apply second wind to Nementah

Nementah goes on the defensive as the devil closes in on her. Even Primera dims somewhat as she concentrates on staying alive. At the last moment she sees the dward coming and focuses instead haunting the mind of the outsider.

Communing with spirits clears her head, too!

The devil is the only one taking the fight to the heroes. The gnome and remaining guard fumble under pressure. The tide is turning fast.

In response to her call Primera thunders over Rocco impaling the devil just under it's neck. Rocco, Dante and Virgil feel protective energies of pure creature and invigorating power of the Feywilds called into this hall.

She then moves behind her more martial oriented allies and pulls Primera after her.

OOC: the devil goes down this round, I'll go with disruptive strike + mark to make him miss and renquist or ibram can finish the devil if that misses.

Rocco spins away from the demon, daring him to try and hit him. His spin takes him by Renquist and Ibram and ends in double swing on the guard turning the flat side of the axe and ramming it with the other over guards helmet, crumpling the guard.

Move: to M7 via I8 -> K 6 -> L6 - M8 provoking from the devil OA vs Rocco AC (1d20+11-5=10) (I'll let Mal decide whether this triggers since this is fairly dangerous OA for the devil to take) esp. with Dante's disruptive strike threatening - miss anyhow

OOC: can't give MetaVoid XP for the good move. First reaction was, why was he spending such strong attack on it instead of healing us and dropping the guard, but it's very effective for it's huge penalty (and good damage roll) - also, MetaVoid, you forgot extra +1 to hit from your new totem

After the flurry of attacks by Dante, Namentah and Rocco drop the devil and guard, Renquist moves swiftly after the gnome.

Lauto's judgement chills the gnome to the bone. Renquist seems empowered by the dying devil, more force behind his blow.
