"Undead? I knew we were dealing with dark forces here. Who would willing work with the cursed spawn of vampires. Lets rest here for just a moment then we should recover this girl quickly" She cleans her blade and stand vigilant

Shorrin kneels by the body of the dragonborn, "Rest in peace, fallen brother." he whispers. Shorrin looks at the others, "Take what is needed from him, but nothing more." Shorrin looks at the weapons and armor of each, then moves to the camp. "I want to bury my brethren. Do we have what I need for a suitable grave? Or should I return his body to the town?" Shorrin asks Dextyr.

I'd like to look over their armor/weapons for anything more "advanced" than my own. I will leave the actual searching to those more suitable.

P.S. Shorrin hasn't ran across many dragonborn, and wasn't convinced this one was bad. Just misguided. He wants the funeral rights for him. [/sblock]

Janus wanders back over to the group holding a bag taken from the mage. He stands there silently staring at the thing in his hand, right foot nonchalantly tapping in time to Dextyr's music.
"This is magical." He pauses cocking his head. "Wait something else." Janus upends the bag, amid a shower of gold coins a gem encrusted brooch tumbles out. Ignoring the coin Janus retrieves the brooch and stares intently. "They are both magical. The bag is some kind of extra dimensional cargo container. This has healing properties."

"As for the vampire spawn, this is the first time I have encountered their type or any vampire type for that matter. But I have studied them somewhat. I believe they are the victims of a vampire lord, risen from the dead and now in servitude. Or so the codex I perused stated."

"Helloooooo! I ask question! Maybe you no hear good! I knock dirt out of ear!"

Tonk repeatedly smacks the dwarf upside the head and shakes her about. He shoves his fingers in her ears and digs...

Intimidation: 1d20+8=9

//Okay, Dextyr's turn. My luck isn't holding out with Tonk's dice. I don't know if you can technically call it 'good cop', because Tonk is being nice (in his Tonkish way). Maybe if you did diplomacy to explain that she was about to get her head bashed in or some sort of other graphic details as to why she should go along with the earnest half-orc that's attempting to proselytize her to goodness.

DM: Was the bag of holding intended for a specific character? I had it on Tonk's wish-list. Did anyone else?//

Bag of Holding is great for anyone. I for one would like it as I am pretty much at my carrying capacity atm. If a small feather was to drift down and land on my shoulder I would crumple under its weight. ;)

I suggest a roll off if more than one person want an item.

Murphy looks at the simple leather bag with little interest until the wizard discusses the magical nature of it and then turns his attention to Janus. Watching as the coins and the brooch fall out, Murphy's eyes light up. "That be some trick ye pulled there my friend, next maybe ya can pull me out a coney from the bag and we can cook it on a fire." the man jokes.

No need to worry about Murphy, he`s fine with someone else having those items[/sblock]

"Let me see that item that has healing properties. I may need it if I have to keep waking Tonk up."

Hausk tries to spit on Tonk and almost chokes on her own phlem.

[sblock=magic items] The two magic items can each be for two different people. I pulled them from Tonk and Larinza's wish lists, but that was just for ideas. If there is arguement, I say roll off, but in the end, the person who doesn't wind up with magic items gets the gold (including future) as their share.[/sblock]
