Yes, sorry about that. I try to keep on top of that type of thing, but it's tough to know all of the abilities of all of the PCs. When I see a 6 on a save, I don't even think to go look and see if there is something else the PC has to help.

So yes, Vex would have saved the previous round. If you want to change Vex's action to a charge (since she had to stand anyway), go ahead. Just let me know who she is charging and which square she is moving to. You need to keep the same die roll though.
