Shava sees the enemy flying surprisingly close and tries to place a rolling bomb of thunder between rider and mount, but the winds fails here, sputtering off in a random direction. She curses under her breath.

[sblock=ooc]Standard: Thunder Bomb on J14. Attacking W and G4. 11 vs W's Reflex, 12 vs G4's Reflex Im guessing thats a whiff.

I'm thinking G1 flies 11 squares right of the ship's front level with the party. That's the only thing that makes sense given all three sketches.

DM, could you mark (with color) or separate the sketches little bit more?

Thalen sees the enemies flying close to the rails and quickly drops her sword, pulls out the javelin on her back and hurls it unerringly towards the glidewing. The projectile slams into its flank and begins coiling around the creature, like a serpent squeezing its prey. The half-elf picks up the sword before it goes skittering away.

[sblock=ooc]

[sblock=ooc]I've got a lot going on in RL right now, sorry for the delays. I have no intent of dropping out, just know that updates may take a while. I'll speed things up a bit here.[/sblock]

The group quickly cuts down the remaining foe. The rest of the halflings quickly grab their mounts and duck and diving into cloud cover.

The captain makes sure the flight is straight and keeps away from the clouds just in case. It's quickly apparent the halflings want not more of the potent offense that was already shown. Several minutes pass without further interference.

[sblock=ooc]Go ahead and RP anything after the battle you wish.[/sblock]

Venakhad helps the injured. He does not speak much.

He even starts as a compassionate healer, but ends up as vengeful teenager.
"Poor misguided barbarians. They should've known better. Serves them right!"

Tondrek sticks his tongue out at the retreating halfamalings, then goes about cleaning the deck, looking for new shinies.

As the blood rage drains from the goliath's eyes, she stumbles and plops down on the sticky deck of the airship. She falls backward with a big grin on her blood-painted, obsidian face. "That was awesome." As she draws in breath in ragged draughts, she lets her eyes close and her armor blows away in a gust of wind. The molten dog comes over and start licking the halfling blood from her face, making her giggle in a very girly fashion to the shock of her companions.

As the group searches the bodies, a letter of credit is found. Though it is not to them. Instead it is made out to a halfling named Thistle, presumably the body the letter was pulled from. The signature is only the house symbol of House Orien.

Roswyn is reminded of her encounter with an angry member of that house that skycoached them down to a very one-sided battle in the streets of Sharn.

A very dark look comes over Roswyn's face as she examines the letter. "What in Aureon's name was that Orien's problem? We made a quick bargain, I held up my end - or was willing to anyhow, he didn't even give me a chance to return the favor! Is he a Fury worshipper? Or just a lousy coward more likely... crying and feinting at the sight of a little lizard blood? Bah! He's made a big mistake... messed with the wrong gnome..." She stuffs the parchment in her pouch.

[sblock=ooc]I'm not sure how the letter of credit works, is it worth anything to us, or is it pretty much worthless unless you're Thistle? Roswyn is taking it for RP/story reasons - as evidence - not trying to grab treasure.

Though I wonder, might a clever gnome with the Mark of Scribing be able to do something creative with the letter to make it usable? It would certainly serve that jerk right! :P[/sblock]

Whistling to himself some nonsense tune, Tondrek kneels down and the waxy form of his familiar extracts itself from his pack. The small form begins dragging the bodies off the deck after they have been searched. Tondrek, meanwhile, seems to have forgotten about them entirely and returns to his reconstruction efforts.
