Ogrin is astonished when he sees what the others are trying to accomplish. "You're lunatics! He shakes his head."Does anyone have a wedge or something?"

OOC: Does the door have a lock that can be locked and jammed somehow?

ooc: rln: no. the only way to bar the door is on the other side, where Golgol is.

 

[Brain]

Scun drops his sickle, draws out his club and casts Magic Weapon on it. "I've made this weapon magical so it can get through the creature's defenses. Who should wield it against the creature? The rest of us need to back away so it can't spray us all with stones, I think. I don't think getting larger will help, considering the doorway."

Mona decided to heal the worst off of the party, her own wounds nothing compared to the party's current condition. She took a place adjacent to Rillian and the wall (K5). The halfling priestess had very little to offer to the party's planning, except healing and some sound advice.

"It speaks Common. It understands Common." She cautioned her comrades.

She channeled positive energy into person beside her. Rillian's wounds faded away into barely noticable scars (healed to full).

Despite Rasereit's and Rillian's combined strength, their hands were nearly wrenched from the door as Golgol forced it open. A proud Earth Mephit held the door open, having won the brief struggle. The wound from Rillian's sword was completely gone from its hide.

"Fleshies no hide from Golgol!"

OOC: Hopefully this will all fit in one round. I'm going on the assumption that grabbing something from another character is a free action. Correct me if I'm wrong.

"Blast! Scun, gimme that thing!" Rasereit jumps back to the half-orc cleric holding the enchanted weapon, grabs it from his hands, and leaps forward, slamming the club down on the persistent Golgol with all his might.

Rillian 5ft steps diagonally back from Golgol (K5), and readies an attack if Golgol comes in range.

"Golgol, you child of dung, why do you cower there in the corridor like a baby fleshy? Look at your blood, dripping from the end of my sword. Come, face me coward, and I will prove how weak you are!"

[ooc Just in case it isnt obvious, Rillian is attempting to taunt Golgol, and lure him out of the corridor. You can assume that dung is replaced by a less grandmother friendly word.]

ooc: I agree that grabbing something from another willing character is a free action. But your movement will provoke an AoO (since you took more than one 5 foot step).

When Rasereit went to Scun to borrow the magicked club, he left an opening in his defenses. The Earth Mephit took advantage of this, felling the brave dwarf with a powerful swipe of its claws (8 damage, -1/15 hp). Rasereit collapsed forward, his unconscious body right in front of Scun (I6)

Rillian moved backward, taunting the Earth Mephit.

Scun's turn then Nezrak then Ogrin

Rillian ooc: Mona is currently in K5. Rillian will instead go to K6 if there is no objection.
