Round 2! Fight!
Seeing how the adventurer's react to the presence of the thieves, the Salesman gives up his idea of simply searching the house and running, ignoring the adventurers and accepting a few casualties. Now they would need to be dealt with, and quickly, if they were going to succeed!
"241! Use the accelerator pods! We must handle this nuisance before we will be able to find the gem!"
The salesman reaches into a pouch and toss a small mechanical item onto the warforged around him, nodding to the Master thief as he does the same. The warforged surge with energy and with a blur of movement, their positions have instantly changed, leaving the group in a predicament.
The pair of warforged surrounding Grryth attempt to slice and dice him while pinning him between them, but Grryth is simply too agile to allow that to happen. Dodging to his left, both blades find nothing but air.
One of the warforged that was standing on the table dashes behind Alexia, trying to take advantage of the distraction that the other warforged was providing, and swings his shortsword in an attempt to sever Alexia's spinal cord. Alexia ducks at the last moment narrowly avoiding death. Girding himself against Alexia's attack, he is ready for anything.
The warforged battling it out with Gurdan waits until the warden takes a peek at the other warforged behind him before striking out with his blade. The blade slices cleanly into Gurdan's side, littering the table with flakes of wooden bark. Having taken quite a beating in the first few moments of this battle, he steels himself (ha ha ha) against further damage by weaving his shortsword around him in a dizzying pattern of parries, allowing his natural regenerative abilities to slowly fix some of the dents that Gurdans' warhammer placed in him.
Over on the other side of the room, the warforged standing next to Salesman jumps onto the fire-places mantle in a blur before leaping behind Lo-Kag. He stabs out rapidly at the dragonborn in order to distract him from the real threat. Salesman, understanding his team-mates tactics circles behind Lo-Kag and places the point of his shortsword in a gap of the dragonborns armor before shoving the blade in and drawing blood.
