[sblock=Dimsdale] Oh, my bad! I should have spotted that too! I should pay more attention, I thought that the damage rolls were his attack rolls! lol. Give me 2 more attack rolls for your breath and I'll retcon my post if you hit any of them. [/sblock]

[sblock=HornedTurtle] The map is shown below in case you need it for your post. [/sblock]

Update: End of Round 1

"Ah, good," Gurdan says. "I was beginning to get bored." He leaps onto the table, and lets out a roar. "Let's send these blasted machines back to the shop!"

Trying to keep its' attention on him, Gurdan draws his hammer and pounds on the nearest 'forged, putting a few dents into its' armor. The health and vibrancy of the wooden table surges into the dwarf, coating him in a thin coating of bark and protecting him from future harm.

Grryth stands up and with axes in hand, moves toward the 'forged that smashed through the window. Grryth lets out a growl and makes two quick slashes at the 'forged standing on his far left and right while keeping his eye on the forged in the center. The 'forged on Grryths' left takes a hit to its' main neck sinews and crumples to the ground unmoving. The 'forged on Grryths' right manages to not get killed but still feels the deep bite of an axe in its' side.

Still somewhat surprised by the sudden appeareance of the warforged units, Garrick grabs his weapon and then moves to his enemies, cursing his nearest foe. A dark energy hovers around that warforged, creating an arcane conduit between Garrick and his foe. Blasting forward a wave of psychic energy, Garrick attempts to control the minds of the foes in front of him. The two similar looking thieves closest to him manage to shake off Garricks mental attack, but the Master Thief is unable to do so. Not understanding what he was doing until it was too late, the Master Thief turns to his companion and stabs into him. When he snaps out of his trance, he looks over at Grryth and sneers, his metal face twisting slightly.

In a flurry of motion, Alexia draws her sword and lunges at the intruders. She drives her weapon into her target's body and twists it, tearing away part of his armor as she does so, revealing the more organic materials that make up the warforged's organs. Lucky him that he's a warforged or Alexia might have had a hard time resisting her... urges, as blood would spill forth from a wound like that! Instead, oils and greases ooze out of the wound slowly. Hearing the sound of a body hit the floor and Grryth's menacing growl she sends magical encouragement to the shifter, making him feel disturbingly replenished.

Lo-Kag, caught off guard by the stealthy thieves, stops working to remove the batter on his sword, pivots and thrusts his sword in a stabbing motion to the thief to his southwest, but the batter on the sword causes the attack to slide off of the warforgeds' armor. Belching forth with a stream of acid, he melts one of the warforged in front of him and manages to score the armor of the Salesman, leaving white pock-marks in a random pattern. Lo-Kag roars as his foes sizzle.

Before he could realize that one of his foes was quickly melting into a puddle of goo, Lo-Kag yells to his companions "
I've got three over here. Come join the fun".

Though stunned for a moment Lord Jarot quickly acts! He draws a short rod and, after moving closer to Lo-Kag, he flings a shard of energy at the Salesman. Unfortunately, the Salesmans' reflexes were quicker than Lord Jarots' shot and the energy misses the warforgeds' head by an elvish hair.

[sblock=OOC]
- Gurdan uses Strength of Stone and hits Thief 5 for 8 damage and gained 4 temp HP. Gurdan MARKS Thief 5.

- Grryth uses Dual Strike and hits Thief 1 for 6 damage and hits Thief 2 for 4 damage, killing Thief 2. Grryth MARKS thief 1 and Thief 2 (though 2 is dead).

- Garrick uses Decree of Khirad on Thief 1, Thief 5, and on Master Thief. He misses Thief 1 and Thief 5, but hits Master Thief and causes him to attack Thief 1, dealing 8 damage to Thief 1.

- Alexia uses Guiding Strike and hits Thief 5 for 13 damage. Thief 5 is now BLOODIED! Thief 5 takes a -2 penalty to AC until the End of Next Turn (Alexia's). She uses Virtue of Valor to grant Grryth 4 temp HP.

- Lo-Kag misses with his melee basic attack, but KILLS Thief 3 and deals 7 damage to the Salesman with his Dragon Breath: Acid.

- Lord Jarot uses Eldritch Blast on the Salesman, but just barely misses.

[sblock=ooc] I'll post the badguys turn in a few minutes and then you guys can have at it once more! Good luck, and may IC be with you! [/sblock]

Round 2! Fight!

Seeing how the adventurer's react to the presence of the thieves, the Salesman gives up his idea of simply searching the house and running, ignoring the adventurers and accepting a few casualties. Now they would need to be dealt with, and quickly, if they were going to succeed!

"241! Use the accelerator pods! We must handle this nuisance before we will be able to find the gem!"

The salesman reaches into a pouch and toss a small mechanical item onto the warforged around him, nodding to the Master thief as he does the same. The warforged surge with energy and with a blur of movement, their positions have instantly changed, leaving the group in a predicament.

The pair of warforged surrounding Grryth attempt to slice and dice him while pinning him between them, but Grryth is simply too agile to allow that to happen. Dodging to his left, both blades find nothing but air.

One of the warforged that was standing on the table dashes behind Alexia, trying to take advantage of the distraction that the other warforged was providing, and swings his shortsword in an attempt to sever Alexia's spinal cord. Alexia ducks at the last moment narrowly avoiding death. Girding himself against Alexia's attack, he is ready for anything.

The warforged battling it out with Gurdan waits until the warden takes a peek at the other warforged behind him before striking out with his blade. The blade slices cleanly into Gurdan's side, littering the table with flakes of wooden bark. Having taken quite a beating in the first few moments of this battle, he steels himself (ha ha ha) against further damage by weaving his shortsword around him in a dizzying pattern of parries, allowing his natural regenerative abilities to slowly fix some of the dents that Gurdans' warhammer placed in him.

Over on the other side of the room, the warforged standing next to Salesman jumps onto the fire-places mantle in a blur before leaping behind Lo-Kag. He stabs out rapidly at the dragonborn in order to distract him from the real threat. Salesman, understanding his team-mates tactics circles behind Lo-Kag and places the point of his shortsword in a gap of the dragonborns armor before shoving the blade in and drawing blood.

Yes, indeed it isn't with you oh evil DM :devil:. As an aside, when uploading your last image it appears as a PNG file, not a jpg.
[/sblock]

[sblock=renau1g] Do they have to be jpg files? All of the maps I have uploaded thus far should also be png files if I'm not mistaken. [/sblock]

ROUND 2

As the 'forged to his right moves Grryth takes a weak swing at him as the 'forged passes by and gets behind him.

As the two 'forged swing at him Grryth spots an oportunity and decides to take advantage of it. Grryth stares at the Master theif and locks his gaze on his foe looking for a soft spot to sink his axe into. He then takes a quick step to his right and using the momentum of his movement Grryth spins his body in a complete circle, extending his axe out and striking at each of the 'forged that surround him, coming to a stop facing the different looking 'forged (master theif).

Pointing his main axe in the direction of his quarry while keeping the other up defensively towards the others Grryth gives a pedatory grin. "Come on ya talkin garbage cans, is that all ya got fer me"

[sblock=Mechanics]
Opportunity Attack vs Marked Theif 1 as it shifts: 1d20+12=15
Damage for OA if a 15 hits its AC: 1d6+7=8
-I'm assuming that it misses.
Move Action = Shift to D6
Minor Action = Hunters Quarry vs Master Theif
Standard Action = Sweeping Blow;

Attack vs Theif 1:1d20+12=17
Damage if hit:1d6+7=12

Attack vs Theif 5:1d20+12=20
Damage if hit:1d6+7=8

Attack vs Master Theif:1d20+12=23
Damage if hit (including hunters quarry):2d6+7=17

Free action = Trash talking.

If hit or miss, mark all three targets.
-I assumed that the chairs are NOT difficult terrain since the warforged shifted through them no problem.
