As a side note, the D&D4e combat tracker tool can import both Character files and monster files (From CB and MT, respectively), allowing you to track initiative, damage, healing, effects, and power usage (including auto-rolling recharge effects for monsters). It also calculates xp for you, along with giving a heads up on what the encounter level is built for, including representing group size (4, 5, and 6 players).
when an encounter finishes, you can remove the monsters and import a saved encounter for the next combat. It's a really useful tool. Any monster or PC information can be edited once imported, as well, and it saves the library you create for future use.
It's free, which is a nice boost, as well.

This is blowing my mind.
Mortaneus is awesome!
I print every monster I use anyway, so I'm 100% covered...
